We take pride in the the quality of our merchandise. Our products are custom, therefore ALL purchases are final sales. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new KingZ Lose CrownZ Clothing purchase, therefore any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items will be exchanged with no additional cost or fee. We will also cover the cost of shipping for the exchange purchase item(s). The exchange will be allowed under the following conditions: 

1. The product(s) is defective upon arrival. 

2. You received the wrong size of the item(s) from the size ordered

 

To be eligible for an exchange:   Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We require to receive notification of the exchange within 7 days of delivered item(s).
